How long are transactions being processed?
It may take 2 to 6 days for the funds to be available on your account. We're going to add credits card to funding sources soon which will make the transactions much swifter.
What countries/US states are restricted?
Snowball is currently available for US residents only.Due to the stricter legal regulations in the states listed below, at the moment Snowball can't be used by residents of Alabama, Connecticut, Kansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Wisconsin.Please make sure you're signed up to our email list and we can keep you posted on any changes.
My ID verification has failed. What should I do?
To complete ID verification we will need some more information. You'll receive the additional verification steps via email.
What fees will I pay?
Currently, Snowball charges the following fees:
- Asset-Based Advisory Fee of 1.5% on Portfolio Construction (Entry);
- Asset-Based Advisory Fee of 0.5% on Rebalance;
- Asset-Based Advisory Fee of 1.5% on Reallocation (Exit);
- Instant deposit fee of 1%.
In the future, when we have large volumes, we plan to be commission-free by sharing the revenues with exchanges.
How can I change the amount of recurring investment?
To change the recurring amount you'll need to cancel the current auto-deposit on "Recurring Investments" page in settings and create a new one with the desired amount.
How do I know when I get charged for recurring investments?
Auto-deposit is submitted every month around the same date when you activated recurring investments. You'll receive a notification every time when it gets initiated.
Do you guarantee that my personal info won't be given to any third person parties?
The ID verification procedures are covered by our official partner Prime Trust and the bank account connection is handled by our official partner Plaid.All the info you submit in the Snowball app is secured against falling into wrong hands.
